I have hit with the new Pure Drive pretty much extensively since receiving the playing sample from our rep 3 weeks ago. I feel that this is am improvement on the last version released. I like the easy power but not giving up a solid feel, i.e. no trampolining. I have played the racquet solely in stock form with no dampener and an overgrip. I have tried 2 string set ups. Babolat origin at 57lbs and a hybrid of Babolat RPM Blast 16g in the mains at 51lbs and Babolat Synthetic Gut in the crosses at 56lbs. My next test will be a hybrid of Babolat Xcel in the mains and Babolat RPM Blast Rough in the crosses. Overall the new Pure Drive is a very interesting new frame that should have broad appeal to many playing types. There is also room for customization for those that want a beefier setup.

Aber was soll ich sagen, wenn neue Schläger rauskommen wird mein Geldbeutel ganz nervös
